With a combination of workout plans, trainer access, foam rolling, mindset coaching, and community support, this challenge is designed to provide you with everything you need to be successful.

  • Introduction to the challenge and goal setting

  • Overview of the workout plan and how to access it

  • Introduction to the Trainerize app and how to use it

  • Mindset coaching session to help you stay focused and motivated

  • Community zoom call for connection and motivation

Week 2-7

  • Daily access to the workout plan, which can be done at home or in the gym

  • Foam rolling routine to help with recovery and flexibility

  • Weekly progress tracking to monitor your progress

  • Mindset coaching session to help you overcome challenges

  • Community zoom call for connection and motivation

Week 8

  • Final week and celebration

  • Final progress tracking and review of your progress

  • Final mindset coaching session to help you stay on track

  • Community zoom call for a final celebration and recognition of your achievements
