NUTRITION 
COACHING

Our nutrition coaching services provide comprehensive support for individuals who want to improve their health and well-being through better nutrition. Your coach will provide a combination of education, guidance, accountability, and ongoing support.

 

You will learn how to calculate and track your macros, (carbohydrates, proteins, and fats). This involves understanding the role of each macronutrient in the body, setting appropriate macronutrient targets based on individual goals and needs, and using tracking tools and techniques to monitor progress and adjust as necessary.

 

Our role is to offer guidance and support around cultivating a healthy relationship with food. This may involve exploring and addressing any emotional or psychological barriers to healthy eating, learning to listen to and honour the body's natural hunger and fullness cues, and developing strategies for making balanced, nutritious choices that also satisfy cravings and tastes. The weekly formal check-ins and bi-weekly 30 minute Zoom calls provide an opportunity to review progress, discuss challenges, and make adjustments to the plan as needed. We will be there to provide ongoing education, resources, and support, such as meal planning ideas, healthy recipe suggestions, and tips for eating out and meal planning while traveling.

 

By combining education, guidance, accountability, and support, you can develop the knowledge, skills, and habits needed to make necessary changes to your diet and relationship with food for lasting and sustainable success.
